My Pepeha

This is my pepeha about my family. I had to write down my mountain, river, age, name, family name, last name, school and parents names. I used my local area to identify my mountain and river.

Learn, Create, Share Word Clouds

This week we have been learning what Learn, Create and Share means. In Room 1 we have been brainstorming and using our ideas to create these word clouds. This is our learning model. 

Ethnicities in Room 1

In Room 1, five people were Ethiopian and five people were Samoan. These were the highest ethnic
groups in Room 1. This is due to that a lot of Samoan and Ethiopian families live in Mt Roskill. The
smallest ethnic groups in Room 1 were Maori, Chinese, European and Indian. There is only one of 
each in Room 1. There are three Tongan and two Filipino students in our home class.

My Blogger Profile in 2019

Malo Lelei, I am Tausala and I go to Christ The King School. I am Samoan and I am in a family of eight. I am passionate about my family and my friends. My favourite hobbies are spending time with my family, friends, other students in my class and my teacher. Also another hobby I LOVE is soccer. I am interested in bunny rabbits because they are my favourite animal. Writing is my favourite school subject. I enjoy playing soccer and it is a favourite sport.
I think I am good at Writing because I do it a lot outside of school and also I do a lot at school. I enjoy
doing writing because I like expressing ideas and using describing words. This year I would love to enter
into writing competitions. My goal for this year is to be a great writer, be a great student and learner. I am looking forward to lots of fun school trips, people following the school rules and students letting other students play with them. My personal achievement last year was winning one award at Senior Prize Giving for playing sports well and showing sportsmanship. The people who inspire me are my family, friends, teacher and principal. Bunny rabbits also give me great comfort.
